She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a skincare diploma from Aqaba University of Technology, alongside a degree in Oncology Nursing (earned with distinction) from An-Najah National University.

Walaa has extensive experience in the aesthetics and skincare sector, having served as a trainer, consultant, and lecturer for skincare programs and diploma courses at EduGate Academy and the American Board. She has also acted as an agent and distributor for professional medical products and devices from global companies such as KB Pure and Mesoestetic. Furthermore, she has spearheaded her own entrepreneurial ventures, including the "Platinum Beauty" clinic and shop and the "Belleza" cosmetics store, and brings prior pharmaceutical and clinical experience from institutions like the Arab Specialized Hospital. Beyond her professional career, she is active in the community, serving as the Vice President of the Consumer Protection Association in Qalqilya and as a member of various local and youth-oriented committees.
